Refund policy

Due to State Law Regulations and during COVID-19 period, all Hand Sanitizer, Sanitizer Spray and Disinfectant Wipes are not accepted return, all sales are final without return. Except for custom or specially manufactured plastic products and pumps, materials may be returned for credit within 30 days from the date of sale/purchase, so long as said plastic bottles, materials have sustained no visible damages, wear or tear, include original undamaged manufacturer’s packaging with all packaging materials unopened, and are presented with a receipts as proof of purchase day. By returning, after 7 days, but no later than 30 days from the date of purchase, Customers shall subject to a 20% restocking fees. Return credits shall back to your account within a week if returned goods are accepted in resell-able condition. After 30 days, no returns shall be accepted. Authorized returns must in good, sale-able conditions are credited at invoice price. All custom or special manufactured ordered, non-stock merchandise including wire, and pipe cuts may not be returned. Customers are required to bring all materials they wish to return back to our location where material was purchased or delivered from. Returned checks will be charged $25 for bank transaction reimbursement fees.

Return Freight Cost and Insurance

Return costs are the responsibility of the sender not MeraVally.com.  We encourage all return packages to be insured. We are not responsible if packages are lost or damaged during shipment.

Product Return Policy

All return requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. Any item shipped back prior to contacting MeraValley.com for authorization may cause delays in processing the return. Shipping cost is a non-refundable item.

PLEASE NOTE: We will not accept any items back us if damaged box or broken bottles, You need contact us before any returned items back to us.

A Return Authorization Number (RMA) does not imply that credit or exchange will be issued. It is only an authorization to return that products can return back to us for evaluation purpose ONLY. We reserve the right to reject any return based on its condition or non-compliance with our return policy. In the event an item is returned due to a non error on our end, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of 20% for all accepted and returned goods.
